I am a Functional and Integrative Medicine Doctor, BANT registered nutritional therapist and nutritionist, herbalist, TCM practitioner and yoga and mindfulness teacher with over 10 years of experience in holistic healthcare. I have a strong scientific background with two degrees in Natural Sciences and Medicine from the University of Cambridge where I was a Graystone Scholar and received the Henry Roy Dean Prize for Pathology. I draw upon this extensive knowledge and further qualifications, including ongoing precision cancer medicine and nutritional genomics studies, every day in clinical practice and my education programmes.
My educational mission
I specialise in complex women’s health and integrative cancer support. As the Director of the award-winning Synthesis Clinic and Co-Chair of the British Society for Integrative Oncology, I am hugely passionate about creating a future where integrative medicine is a key part of standard of care for both women’s wellbeing and people with a cancer diagnosis. My education programmes aim to create expert teams of healthcare professionals by empowering them with the knowledge and tools to do better and be better, so that they can confidently and competently support their clients and patients to transform their health and wellbeing.
